From Friday to Sunday, Hostal Empúries will host the gastronomic ‘pop up’ Sabores de Emporiae. A unique experience to discover the flavors of ancient Roman cuisine. To reconstruct the dishes, the entrepreneurs at Aion Culinary have used different historical sources, reinterpreting the dishes through contemporary culinary techniques, adapted to current tastes.
The menu, designed as a snack, offers a trip to the past.
The schedule for this pop up, which will be located at the Gambo beach bar, is from 1pm to 8 pm
