Hostal Empúries offers a wide gastronomic offer, both for the guests staying and for the clients of the restaurant.
The restaurant of the Hostal Empuries, with magnificent views of the sea, offers a menu based on Mediterranean cuisine through three axes: quality, innovation and sustainability. Through its own garden and a meticulous selection of local producers, the restaurant’s menu seeks to combine the best flavors of the Mediterranean and the Costa Brava with the ecological and circular philosophy that surrounds the entire Hostel.

This gastronomic offer can be tasted in three different spaces: the Bistro del Mar, an informal, bright room open to the sea; the intimacy and sophistication of Villa Teresita, and the terrace on the seafront.
In addition, at the foot of the beach we have our Gambo beach bar, which offers a more informal and carefree menu.

Lunch: 13:00h a 15:30h.
Lunch Saturdays and Sundays: 13:30h a 16:00h
Dinner: 20:00h a 22:30h

Gambo

Our most dark-sided space, at the iconic Portitxol beach. Enjoy our salads, tapas and sanwiches on the sand near the sea. An exclusive offer for summer months and open to all public.

Open very day from 11am to 1am.

La Terraza

Sea, sand and tramontane wind merge into Hostal Empúries terrace. A magical place where you can enjoy unique views as well as our gastronomy. Designed by interior designer Pilar Líbano, our terrace offers both a table area and a lounge space where you can relax and take or drink something.
