Next Wednesday March 17 Hostal Spa Empuries reopens its doors. And it does so with many new features. The main one, a new gastronomic offer worked over the last few months that can already be tasted at breakfasts for our guests, as well as in the restaurant and, shortly, in the beach bar.

This new gastronomic proposal bets, through excellence and innovation, for local, seasonal, ecological and sustainable product, following the hostel’s line, in its firm commitment to sustainable tourism through management based on circular economy. The kitchen and dining room team has been reinforced with the incorporation of figures with extensive national and international culinary experience, led by chef Evan Moore and advised by local chefs such as Pere Castells (El Bulli) or Pere Planagumà (El Celler de Can Roca , Les Cols), who contribute their knowledge to an offer that will continue to be linked to the territory, and that will accentuate the presence of high-quality local products that will surprise our guests.

The new menu features dishes such as red shrimp ceviche, roasted leek with salty mató, Duroc neck at low temperature or dry vegetable rice.

Reservations to enjoy this new culinary offer are already open on the hotel’s website or by phone, with the current schedules and restrictions set by the authorities.

In addition, during this winter other improvements have been made to the Hostal. Along with general maintenance work, it has been used to update some rooms, with the aim of increasing the well-being of our guests. Improvements have also been made in the spa, with the creation of new treatments in the water area.

In this way, the Hostal Spa Empuries reopens with everything ready so that all its clients can enjoy the best of experiences in a unique environment.
