The Villa Teresita restaurant opts for coconut vichyssoise, sardines pickled in citrus and watercress, lobster rice and beef cheeks in juice with puree and yuzu, among other delicacies. The sweet touch will be given by the chocolate croquettes and the traditional Coca de San Juan. The price is € 75 and includes wine pairing.
For its part, Bistró del Mar proposes dishes such as cauliflower flan, asparagus, ham and romesco chips, smoked mackerel with chopped suey vegetables and crudités and Iberian pork tenderloin marinated in rosemary, apples, tender spinach sprouts and gremolata. The price is € 45 and does not include drinks.
