If you want to celebrate Christmas and New Year’s Eve in an iconic and spacious space, without having to occupy yourself with anything -except enjoying- and with views of the sea, the Hostal Empuries proposal is yours.
At Hostal Empuries we have prepared our € 35 menu adapted to Christmas, being able to choose between different traditional dishes of this time of year: galet soup filled with cheese, truffled meat cannelloni, rice with free-range chicken and scampi, textures of citrus and white chocolate, chocolate mousse, coffee and chestnuts. An offer available both for our guests and for people who just want to come for lunch or dinner, including on December 24, 25 and 26.
At the end of the year, our restaurant is transformed into a very special room in which we will say goodbye to 2020 and we will welcome 2021 with a gala menu for € 175 that includes a pairing of wine and lucky grapes:
– Shot of light cream of tubers, smoked eel and wakame
– Octopus and trinxat bonbon
– Guillardeau oyster no3 with green fruit sauce and cardamom
– Scallop with roasted pumpkin, crispy leeks and passion fruit
– Lobster on saffron risotto
– Oxtail in red wine with parmentier and “gírgoles del castanyer”
– Citrus triffle
– Creamy chocolate, hazelnuts and meringue
– Petits fours
