At Hostal Empúries, we once again embrace Mediterranean cuisine to celebrate the holiday season. With this in mind, we present our special menus for Christmas and New Year’s Eve 2025, created to showcase both tradition and creativity using seasonal products.
Christmas Menu
Available on the evening of December 24 and at lunchtime on December 25 and 26, this Christmas menu pays tribute to classic Catalan flavors.
Highlights include:
- Galets soup with meatball, an essential dish during the festive season.
- Traditional cannelloni, creamy and au gratin.
- Stuffed poussin with truffle and honey sauce, served with sweet potatoes and parsnips — the main proposal of the menu.
- Nougat semifreddo with caramel sauce and nuts, followed by neulas and chocolate nougat as a sweet finale.
The price of the menu is €57 per person (drinks not included, VAT included).
New Year’s Eve 2025/26 Menus
To bid farewell to the year, we have designed a special evening starting at 9:00 p.m., featuring wine pairing, party favors, lucky grapes, and music until 2:00 a.m.
Here are the menus available for the night:
- New Year’s Eve Menu: €187 / person
- Vegetarian Menu: €177 / person
- Children’s Menu: €55 / child
